For the first time in the library

The library provides public library and information services equally to all citizens without distinction. All documents from the library's collection can be studied in the reading room and study room.

If you want to borrow books, audiobooks, magazines and newspapers in absentia, you will have to register. Once you have registered, you will receive a library card on hold.
